BEST STORY EVER!!!!

I have 3 nieces...

-Willow - 3 yrs
-River - 1 yr
-Aria - 1 mo.

I got to spend some time with my oldest yesterday when she came over. My mom was busy, so she and I got to watch movies in my room. Willow really wanted to watch James and the Giant Peach, and I said "NO!" I was really tired of the movie so I said "We are watching Labyrinth!" I knew it would be okay with my sister because she SHOWED me the
labyrinth when I was younger, but my brother-in-law was going to hate me... even more...

so...

We watched labyrinth...

This morning I get a text from my sister. It says, and I quote:

"Willow hid her baby doll and told me that aliens took her. She told me her name was Sarah and she had to find the aliens that took her baby. I of course explained that she meant goblins and now she won't be Sarah. River is Sarah and Willow is the Goblin King..."

You're welcome, Sis... :iconhurrhurrplz:

First time I watched Labyrinth I was seven and it was early sunday at my grandmother's...

I woke up alone, the only child in the house, everyone else asleep, and started sapping...

I saw the worm and I was like "What is this?"

I was goner that very moment..

I know what you mean. One night when I was about 10, I was home alone in a thunderstorm for a little while, and I was freaking out because I could swear that my stuffed animals were coming alive, and before I knew it, Jareth took me for about an hour while I held a babydoll and he sang at me for an hour...

It was weird...

Well, you never forget your first time. (Watching Labyrinth) :aww: I'm glad that you were able to pass on the awesomeness to your niece Willow. And can I just say that she has wonderful taste? Who wouldn't want to be Jareth??? :flirty:

I know! I am so proud of her! My only reply to my sister was "You're welcome." Its because of her mother that I love it, it was only respectful for me to pass on the legacy of the love of David Bowie.

That is AWESOME! When I was babysitting some kids across my street. Dylan- 10yrs Lucas- 8 yrs Riley- 6yrs so I told the parents I brought a movie to watch with them, the dad asked what movie I said " Labyrinth, with David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly. From 1987." He said he remembered the movie and they'd never seen it before so it was perfect. During the movie the oldest kid Dylan (did I mention he has ADD?) So during the movie he kept asking "what's gonna happen next?" "Will she get her little brother back?" "Why are his pants so tight?" "Does she give up?" "Is gonna die?" "What's so bad about the bog of eternal stench?" "Are they in love?" "Why did the peach do that to her?" Anyways it goes on forever, and each time I answered exactly the same thing "just wait and see" eventually I said it so much the younger brother said it for me when Dylan asked more questions. After the movie the little 7yr old Riley who was in my lap the whole time, said to me "is he real?" I responded"you'll only find out if your brothers say the right words." So it was an awesome night.
